An image of a well-loved place evokes rich memories, hopefully happy times. I am a watercolourist based in Sydney and the tapestry of my life has been woven by the many places I have visited and enjoyed. I want to share those images.
My unique work has a mix of delicate transparency and bold gestures only achievable through the medium of watercolour. The works cut through complexity to capture the essence of place. People connect with the strong interpretive style which translates the expansive moments into immersive landscapes, seascapes, and urbanscapes.
After great support to make my work more available, I spent 2023 achieving success through gallery exhibitions in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane, and regional NSW. Acknowledgement has also come in art prize awards. The interest in my work has grown through Instagram, my website, galleries and commissions.
I like to give back where I can and I am hoping through my watercolours I can help make an impact.
